Projects

We are Ross Jenkins and Alec Pole, collaborators who spent years working alongside one another before joining forces to build something bigger together. We deliver renovation and building projects as a unified team, supported by a trusted network of skilled subcontractors.

Our work is rooted in craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and a respect for materials. We prioritise local, natural materials wherever possible and aim to minimise chemical products on site—creating buildings that are both more sustainable and healthier to work in.

We guide projects from initial ideas through to completion, combining design thinking with hands-on delivery. Working closely with clients throughout, we coordinate each stage of the build to ensure projects are clear, well managed, and carried out to a high standard.

Ross began his career as an architectural designer before moving into hands-on construction, driven by the process of turning ideas into physical form. He brings a careful, detail-focused approach to every project.

Alec has a background in project management, design, and craft, with experience in Edinburgh’s creative maker industries. He combines strong organisational thinking with a practical understanding of how high-quality work is made on site.

Together, they bring architectural thinking, careful project management, and hands-on building experience to create spaces that are thoughtfully designed, well made, and built to last.
